As a visual artist, I have maintained a studio in Greenpoint, Brooklyn for many years. I had two successful shows at Art 101 in Brooklyn. Prviously I appeared in group shows in several galleries in New York City. My work has been exhibited at the Corcoran Gallery in Washington and the Butler Institute of Art in Youngstown, Ohio.
An artist in isolation in the studio can operate like a journalist or the editorial desk of a news service. My recent work features a reimagined human civilization in space and on earth. There are also paintings which consider controversies within society. Making paintings continues to provide me with opportunities for commentary and problems to be solved.
